Use half-strength balanced fertilizer
Apply a balanced ratio fertilizer ie; 1-1-1 or 10-10-10 at half strength. *most of our plant arrives with slow release fertilizer (those green or purple small balls) so you should wait until the next feeding season (spring or fall) to fertilize with new fertilizer. Or you risk chemical-burning your plant.
