 The arrowhead plant — or syngonium — is one of those houseplants that just keeps getting better. When it is young, it stays bushy and compact with those signature arrow-shaped leaves. As it matures, it begins to trail and vine, which makes it equally good on a shelf, in a hanging planter, or trained up a pole.

They come in a range of colors from deep green to pink, burgundy, and white variegations, and they are easy to care for across all of them. Medium indirect light, moderate watering, and they will reward you with fast growth and genuinely striking foliage. One of the most underrated plants in the store.
