With any online plant shop, you are blindly buying a plant based on a generic plant photo on the website. You don't know the height of the plant you will receive, you don't know if the plant is full or skinny, and the plant you receive is 99% NOT going to look like the one in the photo. 

Until we introduced our live inventory feature that tags and uploads every single plant in our greenhouse in the form of a real life picture, there's even a measuring stand in the picture to tell you exactly how tall each plant is! Most importantly, this feature allows you to pick and choose the exact plant from our inventory!

The Bird Of Paradise has big lush leaves that will constantly remind you of the islands, so you won't even need to go on vacations anymore! Bird Of Paradises are also pretty easy to take care of, but you'll need to get used to their leaf-splitting habits, it's natural, it happens, and it does freak some people out. We think it adds to the tropical feel of the plant, but everyone has their own preferences.
