Commonly known as the Blushing Bromeliad, this epiphytic plant is native to tropical North and South America where it grows on the sides of trees! Bromeliads are very popular because they are plants that are easy to keep alive, making them great beginner plants!
Being that it's from a tropical environment, it thrives in high humidity, warm temperatures (with some cold-hardy types), medium to indirect bright light and will grow up to 2 - 3 ft. tall indoors.
