What does "pick your exact plant" MEAN?
We’ll show you our greenhouse in a live, 1:1 call—and you can hand-pick your favorite BIG plant. Then, we’ll ship it to you using freight shipping. You’ll get your exact plant, safe and sound, in just a few days.
This option only applies to full-size and huge plants.
Why this method matters
Ever seen a plant online, fell in love, and then received a plant that looked super different? Either because it’s less healthy, or it’s a different vibe? Sure, it’s the same species, but…
It has a different number of stems or branches
It’s thinner, and looks sickly
It’s bushier, and doesn’t fit your space
It leans to one side, and you don’t live in Pisa
Its leaves are brown or torn or falling off
A branch is broken
It’s dying
Or any number of other things that can go wrong!
We’ve solved these problems.
PROBLEM #1: You don’t get the plant in the picture
And how could you? There’s one picture and, hopefully, tons of people buying the plant based off that picture. Unless you win the botanical lottery, you probably can’t have that exact plant. You just place your order and hope that your plant looks good, too.
OUR SOLUTION: Hop on a video call and literally pick your exact plant
Tell us which full-size or huge plants you’re interested in, and we’ll give you a little tour of our greenhouse. Want a Kentia Palm? We’ll show you every full-size and huge Kentia Palm we have, and you tell us which one you like.
No high-pressure sales tactics. We’re just excited to show off our gigantic house plants. (Up to 10 feet tall!)
PROBLEM #2: The plant arrives damaged
It’s a tragedy when this happens! A beautiful, healthy plant that you paid good money for has suffered during the shipping process. Unacceptable.
OUR SOLUTION: Freight shipping
We ship using freight shipping! Your plant gets its own pallet - it's not shoved in a box that's too small, and it's not smushed or jostled by other boxes. It's handled carefully by a forklift and never treated roughly. Learn more about freight shipping here.
If your plant arrives seriously damaged or dying, you get a new one.
(And you get to pick that one out on video, too.)
Ready to try it out? Whether you’re dead set on getting a Dracaena or you’re curious to see a Calamondian, we’d love to show you our best and biggest plants.
