For our biggest plants, we do things a different way. We use a different kind of shipping entirely. It’s very important to us to protect your big plants until they’re in your hands.

Your plants have their own space
With freight shipping, the big plants have their own space on their own pallet. They’re not mixed in with other packages during shipment—no jostling, no smushing. No chance a package of pots and pans will fall on your Ficus Danielle or a box of books will crush your Bird of Paradise.
And the pallets are transported by forklifts—straight up and down, no tilting or dragging. No tucking it under an arm or stuffing it into a bag. The carriers won’t have any chance to torture your plant.
High-touch delivery experience
Freight shipping also offers a big perk: scheduled delivery. That’s right, agents will reach out to you to figure out when they can deliver your plant to your doorstep. (Can you imagine doing that with UPS?!)

We work with the top freight companies, and we’ve negotiated contracts that let us offer the lowest prices possible. With freight shipping, a pallet would usually cost anywhere around $1000 to $2000—but we can offer it for $100 to $400.
That money doesn't go to us, it goes directly to the freight carrier. And the big plant goes directly to your living room.

In college, Calvin studied horticulture (the art, science, and business of growing plants, including ornamental plants). Next, he rejoined the family business and expanded it online. In the nursery, he has seen all sorts of plant pests, diseases, and other problems—and fixed them.
