About Delivery
It is no secret that you're excited about your beautiful new plant. That's why we offer speedy and steady delivery service in the effort for you to receive your plants ASAP. However, there are some notes you might want to take;
Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 11 AM will be prepared and delivered the same day or next day. Please note that we try our best to fulfill your wish list of plants, but if we do not have the plant you purchased at the moment, we are asking for up to 5 days to prepare it for you, if we cannot find it - we will refund you every penny.
Orders placed after 11 AM will be prepared and delivered the day after. So if you placed an order after 11 AM on Monday, you would receive your plants on Wednesday.
Someone must be there to receive deliveries, please let us know in the "Notes" section (during checkout) if you want us to leave the plants in a specific place upon our arrival.
You will be asked to choose a 2 hour delivery time frame when checking out.
Inclement Weather
We want your plants to be in the best shape upon arrival and thereafter, therefore we will automatically reschedule the delivery date if the weather of your original delivery date is unsuitable for plant deliveries.
Order Cancellation
Please note that we put in lots of effort to provide a speedy delivery service, therefore a 20% restocking fee will apply if you try to cancel an order after it has been prepared in-store.
