Where do you deliver locally to?

We deliver locally to the 5 boroughs of New York City and selected parts of NJ. Just input your zipcode into the eligibility checker above (it takes a while to load).

Where will my plants be left at?

Because our driver has a route to keep, he will deliver the plants straight to your lobby. However, full size plants will be taken upstairs by default.

If you need assistance with bringing up all other size plants, just reach out to us with your order number.

How long will it take?

Our local delivery service in NYC & NJ arrives in 2 days! But you can choose another delivery date that's more convenient during the checkout process in the cart page.

Will I receive notifications?

One reason our local delivery is very convenient is because you'll be kept in the loop for the delivery, here's how it'll go down:

-Our driver will remind you 1 day in advance of the delivery.

-Our driver lets you know when the plants are loaded and heading out for delivery.

-Our driver sends an automated text when he's heading towards you.

-Our driver sends an automated text when he actually arrives.

Not in our local delivery range?

Lucky for you we are fully capable of shipping small and medium plants to all 50 states :) Unfortunately, large size and full size floor plants CANNOT be boxed up and shipped out of state, yet.
