Use high nitrogen fertilizer
Prefers a fertilizer that says it's high in nitrogen!
*most of our plant arrives with slow release fertilizer (those green or purple small balls) so you should wait until the next feeding season (spring or fall) to fertilize with new fertilizer. Or you risk chemical-burning your plant.
Water thoroughly every 2 weeks
Check the first 2-3 inches of the soil across different spots of the soil and water when it feels DRY! In an average indoor environment, it should take about 2 weeks for the soil to dry out, but that is dependent on your environment, so check the soil every now and then. If you're not sure if the soil feels dry, wait it out or reach out to us!
WHEN YOU WATER- water THOROUGHLY. For this size, watering thoroughly looks like running a hose across the soil for a good 5-8 minutes with occasionally stops in between to allow water to soak through.

Details About This Plant:
Commonly known as the Japanese Aralia or the Glossy-Leaved Paper Plant, this fast-growing Aralia is native to Asia and the Americas. With its lush foliage of broad palmate leaves, with green and white speckled variegation, it is sure to make a statement and leave a lasting impression!
Being that it's from a mountainous woodland environment, it thrives in medium - indirect bright light, moderate humidity, temperatures that range from 40-80°F and will grow up to 4 - 5 ft. tall indoors. This makes them great for a spot in your home that doesn't get much bright light hitting it all day, such as a dimly lit corner or office! Over time this plant may drop some leaves, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle.
Now that you're an expert with the Spider Web Aralia, order this plant by 7PM est to get this plant shipped out of our greenhouse in New Jersey tomorrow (if you are wondering the arrival time, check with the zipcode validator on top of the Add To Cart). Seriously, our plant shipping solution is truly protective and innovative to ensure your plants arrive safe and intact! In case you were still wondering, we WILL send out the EXACT plant that you picked out, just like that of a local nursery or garden center, except we have more and fresher plants to choose from and you can't find our PAFE fine ceramic planter options anywhere else other than our website :)
For any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Hello@PafePlants.Com or call/text (609)-968-7063!
