Commonly known as Jasminum Sambac, or Arabian Jasmine, this calming herbaceous plant is native to tropical and subtropical regions of Eurasia, Africa, Australasia and Oceania. With its dense nature, vibrant green leaves and sweet-smelling aromatic white flowers, the Jasmine 'Belle of India' is said to improve mood, reduce stress, and reduce food cravings! It is commonly used in teas and medicine, but research before if you want do this yourself!
Being that it's from a tropical/subtropical environment, it thrives in high humidity, warm temperatures, drier soil, bright indirect sunlight and will grow up to 1 to 2 ft. tall indoors. This makes them great for a bright kitchen or bathroom where they will get good humidity! Over time this plant may lose some leaves, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle.
