Commonly known as the Philodendron 'White Wave', this rare, fast-growing plant is native to the Brazilian rainforests. With its stunning deep green and white variegated, taco shell-shaped leaves, the Birkin will bring an air of elegance to your space!
Being that it's from a tropical environment, it thrives in moderate to high humidity, warm temperatures, moderately moist, well-draining soil, medium to indirect bright lightand will grow up to 1.5 to 3 ft. tall indoors. This makes them great to place on a desktop, bookcase, cubby or small nook in your home that is well-lit, but doesn't get direct light. Over time this plant may lose some leaves, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle. If you see that it is losing variegation, give it some more light!

The plant is really pretty and healthy. It had apparently been upended during shipping, tho. Even though it was superbly wrapped and cushioned, it suffered the loss of 4 nice leaves. But it’s recovering nicely, and I expect i will fill out again pretty soon.
