Talking about indestructible plants, we cannot overlook the ZZs. Also known as money tree or Zanzibar Gem, it originates from east Africa and is tolerate of many different extreme conditions such as low light, drought, and dry air making it one of the easiest plants to care for. But despite the little attention it needs the ZZ plant has thick, dark green, succulent leaves that will attract your attention. This variety of ZZ is unique in that it has variegation, so it will need more light than your average ZZ plant! Be sure to keep them in medium to indirect bright light (the brighter the better), but not direct sunlight because this will burn the leaves!
Also, did you know that the ZZ plants have potato like bulbs in the soil that leaves grow from!
